Experience: 2–5 Years in Casting Quality / Supplier Quality
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production.
Key Responsibility
Conduct frequent/pre-dispatch inspections at supplier premises for submersible pump casting parts.
Ensure only approved and defect-free castings are dispatched to our plant.
Inspect castings as per drawing, specifications, visual and dimensional requirements.
Identify and control casting defects such as porosity, blow holes, shrinkage, cracks, sand inclusion, mismatch, etc.
Verify supplier process controls, inspection records and testing reports.
Monitor supplier quality and take immediate action on deviations.
Conduct root cause analysis, 8D/CAPA and corrective-action follow-up for defects.
Maintain supplier inspection reports and rejection/rework records.
Coordinate with suppliers for continuous reduction of rejection and repeat defects.
Work Requirement
Hands-on experience in submersible pump casting parts with strong knowledge of CI/SGI/Aluminium castings, casting defects and pre-dispatch inspection. Candidate must be willing to frequently visit supplier premises and control quality before material reaches our plant.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
