Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City for a Supplier Capacity professional supporting MLMML’s last-mile mobility operations. The role involves assessing and monitoring supplier manufacturing capacity, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and production plans.

The individual will coordinate with suppliers to address capacity constraints, improve throughput, and support ramp-up or scale-down activities as required. Typical tasks include analyzing supplier performance data, conducting capacity audits, tracking delivery adherence,



and collaborating with internal teams such as procurement, production planning, and quality. The role also includes preparing regular reports, supporting risk mitigation plans, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.

Qualifications

- Experience in supplier capacity management, production planning, or supply chain operations within automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with ability to use spreadsheets, ERP, or planning tools for capacity and demand analysis.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, basic industrial engineering concepts, and capacity planning methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site at supplier locations when required, with attention to safety, compliance, and ethical business practices.
- Prior experience in automotive last-mile or commercial vehicles sector is preferred but not mandatory.
