We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to join our team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating with team members, monitoring work progress, maintaining productivity, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage a team and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the assigned team.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on business requirements.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and work progress.
- Ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily operations and identify operational issues or delays.
- Resolve routine team and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Train and guide team members on work processes and responsibilities.
- Monitor the quality of work and take corrective action when required.
- Communicate daily priorities, targets, and instructions to the team.
- Escalate important operational issues to management.
- Support management in achieving productivity and operational targets.
- Maintain discipline and a professional working environment.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance and operational reports when required.

Required Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-handling role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to allocate tasks and monitor team performance.




- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing a team of employees.
- Experience in operations or administration.
- Knowledge of daily reporting and productivity tracking.
- Experience in maintaining attendance and work records.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety and company procedures.
- Experience in handling customer/vendor/internal coordination will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Candidates with relevant supervisory experience and a suitable diploma/qualification may also be considered.
