We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Onboarding Associate to manage end-to-end supplier onboarding, due diligence, compliance validation, and supplier lifecycle activities. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely supplier activation, contract compliance, and ongoing governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier onboarding and data validation.
- Review statutory documents, tax forms, banking details, and certifications.
- Conduct supplier due diligence and compliance checks.
- Coordinate contract execution and supplier activation.
- Support vendor setup and VMS platforms (Beeline/SAP Fieldglass).
- Monitor ongoing supplier compliance and document renewals.
- Maintain onboarding reports, dashboards, and audit records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supplier onboarding, procurement operations, compliance, or vendor management.
- Knowledge of supplier due diligence and contract governance.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HICX, Beeline, or SAP Fieldglass.
- Understanding of supplier compliance and risk assessment processes
