Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Prayagraj. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and ensuring service standards are met throughout each shift.

The role involves monitoring food quality, cleanliness, and safety practices, addressing customer concerns, and supporting team members to maintain a positive work environment. The Supervisor will coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to streamline workflows, manage inventory and basic documentation, and report operational issues to management. This position requires hands-on leadership, active floor presence,



and consistent attention to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising teams in hospitality or a similar customer-facing environment, with the ability to guide, motivate, and support staff.
- Strong customer service orientation, including handling guest feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining a skilled demeanor under pressure.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with experience in shift planning, task delegation, and basic inventory oversight.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and general restaurant operating procedures, with attention to detail in compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Prayagraj, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in restaurants or retail is preferred; vocational training or formal education in hospitality or business is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for handling schedules, reports, and communication tools; familiarity with POS systems is beneficial.
