ROLE : SuccessFactors Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
5 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Global Benefits implementations/support.
- Solid knowledge of EC data models, business rules, workflows, foundation objects, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in configuring and supporting Global Benefits, including benefit plans, enrollments, eligibility rules, and integrations.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution workshops, and provide fit-gap analysis.
- Experience in system testing, defect resolution, release management, and production support activities.
- Positive understanding of SF integrations and related modules, with exposure to Integration Center and inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Good to have: Experience with SAP IAS/IPS, identity provisioning, SSO setup, user lifecycle management, and Cloud Foundry migration activities.
