Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Tracking Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Time Management configuration, time tracking, and payroll integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking/Time Management.
- Configure Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Profiles, and Time Recording Profiles.
- Configure calculations for Overtime, Double Time, and Shift Premiums.
- Build time-entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows.
- Configure and troubleshoot time data replication from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Configure and maintain Time Management settings in Provisioning.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of Time Tracking issues.
- Work with HR, Payroll, and business teams to ensure accurate time and payroll processing.




- Support enhancements and changes to time-management configurations.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking/Time Management.
- Experience configuring Time Profiles, Time Recording Profiles, Work Schedules, and Holiday Calendars.
- Strong knowledge of Overtime, Double Time, and Shift Premium calculations.
- Experience with Business Rules, validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows.
- Experience integrating/replicating time data from EC to ECP.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Provisioning.
- Robust troubleshooting and configuration skills.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or EC Time Management certification required.
- Mexico Time Management/Payroll experience is highly preferred.
