We are hiring an experienced CNC Turning Operator with hands-on experience operating NANO CNC Turning Machines for precision machining of engineering components. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operation, tool setting, offsets, drawing reading and quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set NANO CNC Turning Machine.
Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, drilling and chamfering operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
Set cutting tools, tool offsets, work offsets and job fixtures.
Monitor machining parameters and make required tool/wear corrections.
Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Perform basic troubleshooting related to tools, offsets and machining operations.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
Follow machine safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
