To own recruitment delivery for multiple roles, ensuring quality hiring, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment while guiding junior recruiters.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced Excel (MIS, hiring reports)
Robust sourcing and screening skills
Stakeholder management
Analytical thinking
Responsibility & Deliverables:
Own hiring targets and closures
Improve recruitment processes
Manage stakeholders
Guide junior team members
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
