Bhardwaj Financial Services is looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller to communicate with prospective customers, explain our financial services and follow up on interested leads.
Job Responsibilities:
Contact assigned leads and potential customers through phone calls.
Explain services such as Home Loans, Loans Against Property, Business Loans and Personal Loans.
Understand customers’ requirements and generate qualified leads.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding interested customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Confident and customer-friendly communication.
Previous telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
