About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Associate Dentists to join our growing team. This is a field-based role combining clinical knowledge with customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers at designated locations for smile consultations.
Perform 3D oral scans using company-provided technology.
Educate customers about clear aligner treatment plans and perks.
Guide customers through the treatment process and address their queries.
Convert qualified leads into successful treatment enrollments.
Maintain accurate customer records and conduct follow-ups.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
BDS degree – Mandatory
1–3 years of experience in Dentistry, Healthcare, Sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license – Mandatory
