We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Outlet Manager to manage daily outlet operations and lead the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day outlet operations
Supervise and motivate staff
Monitor sales and achieve targets
Handle customer queries and complaints
Maintain stock, cash, and outlet records
Ensure cleanliness and service standards
Skills Requirements:
Good communication and leadership skills
Strong team-management ability
Customer-focused and responsible
Previous retail/outlet experience preferred
