Job Role
Conduct theoretical and practical training on Civil construction for Assistant Mason.
Provide hands-on training on equipment operation, material handling, safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE.
Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments to evaluate trainee skills.
Maintain trainee attendance, performance, and training records.
Support trainees in job placement* by providing career guidance and coordinating with employers.
Assist in candidate mobilization* and motivate eligible candidates to join the training program.
Coordinate with the project team for mobilization, training, assessment, and placement activities.
Ensure training and placement activities are completed as per project requirements.
Eligibility & Experience
ITI/Diploma/BE/B Tech or relevant qualification in Civil engineering preferred.
3–5 years of relevant experience in construction line.
Prior Trainer/Instructor experience will be an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of construction safety and equipment operations.
Positive communication, mobilization, and candidate-handling skills.
