Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
Explain gym membership plans and offers
Follow up with enquiries and leads
Schedule gym visits and appointments
Maintain customer information and follow-up records
Communicate professionally with customers
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
Valuable communication skills
Malayalam & English speaking ability
Friendly and confident personality
Basic computer knowledge
Previous telecalling / sales experience is an advantage
