ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate has to communicate with existing clients over , phone calls, emails, whatsapp
Candidate has to work of basic CRM software
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidate must be educated from a reputed english medium school and posses at least a diploma or a bacholar's degree in any stream of education
Candidate must have minimum work experience of 2 years in a reputed business house
Candidate must be well versed in local languages( Hindi/Bengali) very valuable in communicating and convincing people
We are also excepting applications for this profile from back office assistant , customer relations officer, sales , tele calling , CRM, siliguri company
