Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading QA teams.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with manual testing, automation testing, API testing, and regression testing.
Experience with defect management and test management tools.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-powered testing tools and intelligent automation platforms.
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or enterprise SaaS applications.
Knowledge of performance, security, and accessibility testing.
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices to support release validation, deployment readiness, and quality checks across environments.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
