Carecil Private Limited is looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage stock, inventory records, and warehouse operations. The candidate will coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate stock records.
Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and finished goods.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain proper documentation for stock movement.
Prepare inventory reports and maintain records in ERP/Excel.
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.
Identify slow-moving, damaged, or excess stock and report to management.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Solid coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
Candidates from Navsari or nearby areas preferred.
