Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, guest services, and departmental coordination while ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel operations using PMS software, including reservations, check-in/check-out, billing, and reports.
Supervise Front Office operations and room allocation.
Manage guest relations, feedback, complaints, and special requests.
Oversee Food & Beverage operations, including service quality, inventory, billing, and hygiene.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Accounts teams.
Manage staff schedules, performance,



and day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth overall hotel functioning.

Required Skills
Hands-on knowledge of PMS Software.
Experience in Front Office, Guest Management, and F&B; operations.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
