Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Study Abroad

Location: Calicut
Experience: 0–1+ Years (Study Abroad experience preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to student leads and respond to enquiries.
Understand students' study abroad requirements and provide initial guidance.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with Student Counsellors.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure engagement.
Coordinate with the counselling team for smooth lead handover.

Requirements:
1 year of experience in the study abroad industry is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM software.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
