Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
Prepare reports, MIS, spreadsheets, and other required documents.
Enter, verify, and manage data accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Handle emails, calls, and routine business communication.
Follow up with clients, vendors, or internal teams whenever required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
Assist management and other departments with operational requirements.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow company processes.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Required Skills




Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of data management and documentation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with positive computer and Excel skills will be preferred.
