Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Manage production teams, operators, and supervisors.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
Monitor production processes and improve productivity.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure proper availability of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.
Monitor product quality and reduce production defects and wastage.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and maintenance requirements.
Control production costs and minimize material wastage.
Train and guide production staff.
Report production performance and issues to management.
Proficiency in English & Hindi
