We are looking for a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) to support our client in the financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, assisting with recovery follow-ups, and maintaining skilled customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding pending loan payments and outstanding dues.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and, where applicable, field visits.
Explain repayment options and support timely payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status.
Follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with the internal recovery and operations teams.
Handle customer queries professionally and respectfully.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience as a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) in banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
Knowledge of basic financial recovery processes.
Hindi or English language proficiency is acceptable.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work toward recovery targets.
