We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tele Caller. The role involves interacting with customers and providing timely and qualified assistance.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a prompt and skilled manner.
Address customer concerns, provide suitable resolutions, or escalate issues when required.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
Guide customers on product features, advantages, and effective usage.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
0–1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or helpdesk roles.
Willingness to work from our office located in Kalamassery.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
