We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable candidates who have completed their Degree or Master's Degree and are interested in building a career in teaching.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are interested in teaching in aided and self-financing colleges and want to develop their academic and teaching skills. Training and guidance will be provided from our side to selected candidates.

Eligibility
Degree or Master's Degree in the relevant field.
Relevant qualifications in Hospital Administration, Hospital Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Teaching experience is preferred and will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
Candidates with relevant industry experience may also apply.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Positive command of English and Malayalam is preferred.





Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging online and offline classes.
Prepare and deliver lectures and learning materials.
Explain subject concepts clearly and effectively.
Conduct assignments, activities, and assessments.
Interact with students and clarify academic doubts.
Maintain a qualified and student-friendly learning environment.

Training & Development
Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Guidance will be provided on teaching methodology, subject delivery, classroom management, and academic activities.
Opportunity to gain teaching exposure and develop faculty skills.
