Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and student-focused Student Advisor to guide prospective students and parents in making informed career decisions. The role involves handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring a seamless counselling and enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on courses, career paths, and prospects by understanding their background, goals, and eligibility
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and qualified responses
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication, structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets
Provide accurate details on programs, fees, schedules, policies (including NEBOSH), and guide students through the enrollment process
Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and counseling notes in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation, ensure document collection/compliance, and deliver high customer satisfaction

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Persuasive and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM tools ,Google sheets and Excel
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate solutions Qualified and customer-focused approach

Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred)
Basic Knowledge in Google sheets and excel
