Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, manage staff, and drive outlet performance. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills and experience in handling QSR or cloud kitchen operations.





Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant / cloud kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance at all times
Handle team scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
Train and guide staff to maintain service standards
Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and control costs
Ensure timely order preparation and delivery coordination
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards as per company guidelines
Achieve sales targets and improve outlet performance

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
5–8 years of experience in restaurant / QSR / cloud kitchen operations
Solid leadership and team handling skills
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
