We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Trip Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, suggesting suitable holiday packages, preparing itineraries, handling bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.
Handle hotel, transportation, sightseeing, flight, and activity bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and destination partners.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain regular communication with customers before, during, and after their trip.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Maintain booking records and customer details.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Previous experience in travel / tourism / holiday package sales is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
