Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to train students in programming, software development, and technical concepts, with a strong focus on placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical training in programming and software development concepts.
Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, and assessments.
Prepare training materials, practice questions, and coding tasks.
Identify student learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
Train students for technical interviews and placement assessments.
Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
Stay updated with current technologies and industry requirements.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or SQL.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
Prior experience in technical training or teaching is preferred.
Passion for mentoring and developing students.
