We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Relationship Associate – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting financial products, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
Acquire new clients for Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and company offerings.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services,



or Customer Relationship Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
