Mandatory Requirements:
SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking / Time Management experience
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management + EC Core certifications
S/4HANA HCM Time Management certification required
4+ end-to-end Time Tracking/HCM implementations
5+ support projects
Robust experience in Time Valuation, RPTIME00, PCRs, overtime, premium pay
Experience with PTP, CPI, EC Payroll, BAdIs, CATS, Project Systems
Hybrid SuccessFactors + S/4HANA architecture experience
Time-data migration, balances, accruals and cutover experience
Experience with Story Reports, People Analytics / S/4HANA analytics
Solid solution architecture, stakeholder management and mentoring skills
Willingness to travel as required

Key Requirement:



Senior SAP Time Management / Time Tracking Solution Architect with solid SuccessFactors + S/4HANA HCM experience, complex global implementations, integrations, valuations and migration experience.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
