Job Title: Assistant Professor – Management Studies (Finance)

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Professor specializing in Finance to join our management faculty. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial concepts, a passion for teaching future business leaders, and an active commitment to academic research.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction
Teach core and elective finance subjects (e.g., Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, and FinTech).
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures that connect financial theories with practical, real-world insights.
Design course materials, class assignments, case studies, and project guidelines.
Guide students through academic projects, dissertations, and career queries.

Examinations & Assessments
Set fair and rigorous question papers for internal tests, mid-terms, and end-term exams.
Evaluate student assignments, case studies, and exam answer sheets in a timely manner.
Participate in invigilation duties and maintain strict exam discipline and academic integrity.

Research & Scholarly Work
Publish high-quality research papers in peer-reviewed, reputed national and international journals.




Attend and present findings at academic conferences and seminars.
Contribute to departmental research initiatives and knowledge creation.

Administration & Accreditation
Support institutional quality-assurance and accreditation tasks (such as AICTE, NBA, NIRF, or NAAC compliance).
Help coordinate departmental activities, student mentoring programs, and committee work.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Ph.D. in Finance, Management (Finance), or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA in Finance) with a strong academic record.
National Eligibility Test (NET) or State Eligibility Test (SET) certification where applicable.
Experience:
Generally 2 to 6 years of combined teaching, research, or industry experience in a B-School or higher education workplace.
Key Skills:
Solid subject expertise in core finance and corporate accounting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multi-tasking, student mentoring, and administrative coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
