Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
Provide customer support and ensure timely issue resolution.
Manage client interactions and maintain customer relationships.
Perform follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams.
Update customer information in CRM systems.
Maintain records, documentation, and process compliance.
Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate
Age: Min 18 to Max 28
1 Year to 3 Years Experience
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Customer-centric approach with positive problem-solving skills
Location: Balewadi, Pune (Work From Office)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
