Industry - Water Treatment

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Plant Operations & Monitoring
Learn to operate pumps, blowers, valves, agitators, filters, and other processing machinery safely.
Perform routine hourly checks on water flow rates, pressure gauges, and storage tank levels.
Help dose chemicals (like chlorine, alum, or coagulants) based on the instructions of senior operators.
Water Quality Testing & Compliance
Collect water samples from different stages of the treatment process.
Learn basic lab testing protocols (checking pH levels, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), turbidity, and dissolved oxygen).
Record all findings accurately in the daily plant logbook.
Maintenance & Safety
Clean screens, grit chambers, and filtration units to prevent blockages.




Report any equipment malfunctions, leaks, or unusual noises to the Plant Supervisor immediately.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and strictly follow safety guidelines, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

EducationITI (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter) OR Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry / Environmental Science / Engineering.Experience0 to 1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided).Technical SkillsUnderstanding basic science/mechanical concepts, reading gauges, and basic math calculations for chemical dosing.Soft SkillsEager to learn, alert and detail-oriented, with solid
