Industry: Hydraulic Hose & Fittings / Manufacturing

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, delivery coordination, and after-sales support related to hydraulic hoses, fittings, and hose assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements for hydraulic hoses, fittings, and hose assemblies.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for customer orders.
Prepare and share quotations, order details, and delivery updates.
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders, and complaints.
Coordinate with the technical team for hose assembly specifications and requirements.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up for customer feedback and support after-sales requirements.
Prepare basic reports related to customer enquiries, orders,



and pending issues.
Maintain good and professional relationships with customers.

Required Skills
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of technical products.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them internally.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Graduate candidates with relevant experience in hydraulic, automotive, industrial, or engineering products may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
