Job Description:
We are hiring Telesales Executives for our Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets.
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound sales calls and follow up with potential customers.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
Generate sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Previous telesales, telecalling, or sales experience is preferred.
Freshers with robust English communication skills can also apply.
Comfortable working in a night shift and target-based sales workplace.
