A leading financial services company focused on retail lending, with a robust presence in mortgages, personal finance and other consumer lending segments.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head the HR function for the Business & Personal Finance vertical at a national level. The role will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive people initiatives across the branch network.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the national HR strategy for the Business & Personal Finance vertical.
Partner with senior leadership and business heads on workforce and people strategy.
Drive workforce planning and end-to-end talent acquisition across retail lending portfolios.
Oversee performance management, employee engagement, retention and succession planning.
Strengthen HR Business Partnering across branches and business functions.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and statutory compliance.
Leverage HR analytics and workforce metrics to support business decisions.




Build leadership and talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans.

Key Requirements:
Postgraduate / MBA in HR.
15–23 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in banking, NBFC or financial services.
Strong experience in HR leadership, workforce planning, talent acquisition and performance management.
Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and managing geographically distributed teams.
Solid understanding of retail lending, particularly mortgages and personal finance, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,900,000.00 per year
