Novello Group is expanding . We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused Hotel Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security teams.
Deliver excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate hotel staff.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall hotel performance.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth hotel operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and service quality.
Prepare operational reports and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).




Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, revenue management, and guest relations.
Ability to work under pressure and solve operational challenges efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is an advantage.
