Parent Communication: Meet with parents during conferences to discuss student growth and concerns.
Student Supervision: Monitor children during class, lunch, and playground times to keep them protected.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in education or a subject-specific degree paired with a teaching certification.
Communication: Transparent verbal and listening skills to instruct children and speak with families.
Patience & Empathy: A caring nature to manage diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
