We are looking for a Civil Engineer who oversees day-to-day building construction activities to ensure structures are built safely, within budget, and according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Supervision: Manage daily in office construction tasks, including excavation, RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) work, masonry, shuttering, and finishing works.
Drawing & Specification Compliance: Read and interpret Positive for Construction (GFC) drawings, structural plans, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) to guide workers and contractors.
Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety regulations (such as PPE usage), conduct material quality checks, and maintain site safety standards.
Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project timelines, track daily resource and labor deployment,
and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for project managers.
Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with contractors, vendors, architects, and in office labor teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in residential high-rises or commercial real estate projects in the Hyderabad construction market.
Key Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of Indian building codes/standards, strong site management, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
