About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and focused on generating quality leads and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation, conversion, traffic, and revenue goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives, videos, copies, and landing pages.




Track leads and conversions using analytics and tracking tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, advertising policies, and digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Positive understanding of performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is preferred.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
Candidates with experience in IT, B2B, lead generation, or digital marketing agencies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,975.36 - ₹33,754.80 per month
