We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to program, set up, and operate to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Program machines using G-code / M-code
Develop CNC programs.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines
Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
Perform tool offset setting, job prove-out, and cycle optimization
Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, CMM, etc.)
Maintain machine condition and follow preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards
Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
