Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems including air-cooled chillers, water-cooled chillers, VRF systems, split ACs, and ventilation units.
Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and performance checks on all HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify faults in chillers, compressors, refrigerant circuits, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and electrical control panels.
Ensure proper functioning of cooling towers, condenser systems, chilled water pipelines, and associated pumps.
Monitor system parameters such as temperature, pressure, and energy consumption for optimal performance.

Required Qualifications
Education: Diploma / Engineering in Electrical or HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Required Skills




Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems including: (Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, VRF/VRV systems, Split and package AC units)
Understanding of refrigeration cycles and heat transfer principles
Knowledge of compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion devices
Familiarity with chilled water systems, cooling towers, and pumps
Basic electrical knowledge (motors, control panels, starters, VFDs)
Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and schematics.
