Hiring: Admission Counsellor

Location: Matar, Vadodara
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Handle admission enquiries and counsel prospective parents/students.
Regularly follow up with parents through calls and messages.
Explain school programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
Coordinate and conduct campus visits for prospective parents.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain admission enquiry and follow-up records.
Build robust and positive relationships with parents.
Ensure a smooth and skilled admission experience.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality.
Solid counselling and convincing skills.
Prior experience in school admissions, education counselling, or a similar role will be preferred.
Should be comfortable interacting with parents and handling regular follow-ups.
