Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end tour operations and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with customers, hotels, drivers, transport providers, and local service partners.
Ensure the smooth execution of tour itineraries and scheduled activities.
Handle customer queries, requests, and on-trip requirements.
Monitor hotel check-ins, transportation, sightseeing, and other tour arrangements.
Resolve operational issues and unexpected situations promptly.
Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the tour.
Take independent responsibility for assigned tours and operational activities.
Requirements

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
Fluency in Malayalam and Hindi is mandatory.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced travel and tourism environment.
