Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, applications, drivers, and system configurations.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle hardware installation, upgrades, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
Troubleshoot internet, network, email, printing, and connectivity-related issues.
Maintain proper records of IT assets, inventory, repairs, and replacements.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
Ensure timely resolution of employee IT tickets and technical issues.
Perform regular system checks, updates, backups, and maintenance activities.




Support the organization in implementing IT policies and security practices.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware & Troubleshooting.
Positive understanding of Windows OS and commonly used software/applications.
Working knowledge of Networking concepts – LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Knowledge of hardware components, peripherals, system assembly, and troubleshooting.
Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple IT issues and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
