About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced HR & Marketing to lead marketing initiatives, lead generation, brand promotion, and team performance, while supporting key HR activities. The ideal candidate should have robust marketing, communication, leadership, and client-handling skills with a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
Drive B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, social media, outbound calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Create and oversee marketing content, presentations, promotional materials, and videos.
Identify current marketing opportunities, target audiences, and business prospects.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management when required.
Track marketing performance, lead generation, and prepare reports.




Lead marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Support essential HR activities, employee coordination, and internal communication.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a related role.
Solid experience in lead generation, social media marketing and team handling.
Excellent communication, client-handling, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, creative, organized, and results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
