Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Packaging, Dispatch, Logistics & Transportation operations.
Plan dispatches, coordinate with transporters, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage packaging materials, warehouse coordination, inventory, and material movement.
Lead packaging/logistics teams and ensure productivity, quality & safety compliance.
Monitor MIS, freight costs, packaging wastage, and cost-control initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales & Accounts for smooth operations.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience in Packaging, Logistics, Dispatch, Warehouse or Supply Chain, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial workplace.
Solid knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, MIS, transportation & vendor management.
Positive leadership, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
