The Production Head is responsible for overseeing complete production operations, process improvement, manpower planning, project execution, and cross-functional coordination to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilies
Plan the yearly manufacturing schedule in line with the business target . accordingly coordinate the planning purchase & Production Schedules and the flow of material & product.
Allocate the business targets divided into periodic measuarable project deliverable to production planning fuctions. Accordingly monitor & control the manufacturing process
Manage daily production activities and operations.
Implement process improvements for productivity enhancement.
Coordinate procurement, production,
and quality functions.
Monitor manpower utilization and production targets.
Ensure timely completion of projects and deliveries.
Maintain reporting and operational documentation.
Coordinate with clients and internal departments, to meet periodic business targets.
In addition to the above you shall be taking up all tasks assigned by your superior for exigencies & urgent Sudden Requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
