We are looking for an experienced and responsible Executive Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel/property operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily property/hotel operations.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative activities.
Manage and coordinate staff and ensure effective team performance.
Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall property standards.
Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper administrative records and reports.
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in hotel/property operations.
Robust experience in housekeeping, maintenance, and administration.
Positive staff-management and team-coordination skills.
Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
MBA or Hotel Management qualification will be an added advantage.
