NISMC Lucknow is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining relevant courses, handling enquiries and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities and admission process.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Handle student queries related to fees, courses, batches and admission procedures.




Maintain a professional relationship with students throughout the admission journey.

Requirements
14 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, EdTech, inside sales or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
Candidates who have worked with coaching institutes or educational organizations will be preferred.
